Golden hour is such a magical time for everyone. Sunset has always been my favorite part of the day (I have way too many sunset pictures on my phone!). It is always different and unpredictable. The essence of the sunset really came through in these shots. Somehow this golden hour was kind enough to channel Blake Lively vibes for me and also to make my hair change colors--it looks super blonde here, crazy!
This is part two of my special blog post series this week featuring navy dresses. Again, Tobi has hit the mark for that perfect staple dress with this Eryca Cut Out Mini Dress. The structure of this dress is so simple and elegant, which instantly drew me to pair it with other classical shapes--the long duster coat, tall boots and an envelope clutch. As with my last blog post, the navy dress is an anchoring neutral element. With an elegant base layer, you can pull off a crazy patterned trench and messy, beach hair while still looking super put together. Maybe even channelling Blake Lively if the light hits you right. ;)
Special thanks once again to Sara Clance Photography for the amazing photos. I also need to give credit to my love, Johnny, for buying me this perfect Zac Posen clutch. Biggest thanks go to Tobi for giving me the opportunity to bring you guys these special posts!
