Leave it to Sabo Skirt to always provide the perfect outfit fix! I have more rompers from Sabo than I care to admit--they are always rolling out some new, unique design that I just have to have. The pale pink romper I styled here is a perfect example of easy weekend wear. The cut is unique with the faux tie waist, and the fabric has a subtle silver shimmer that is simply gorgeous.
While the temperatures in KC at the moment preclude any need for outerwear, I wanted to call your attention to the jean jacket in these images. I got it from VICI Collection (an online boutique I've been enjoying lately), and it is a great jean jacket for spring/summer. Best thing about it--besides the cute floral embroidery--is the denim's hand feel. Nice and soft, not too stiff.
Summer is already here and I have been so busy already. How does that always happen every summer? After my travels to Austin for Fashion Week, life didn't slow down. Happily, I have been really engaged with modeling. I walked in the Fashion Honors Autism runway show and traveled to OKC to walk for the Reve Tour. Back on the KCFW roster for the upcoming fall season, I have already booked three nights (Wed, Thurs, Fri). Come on Saturday designers! Aside from modeling, I've been summering in my little slice of suburbia. This translates into outdoor projects--I just refinished our deck, on my own--and weekend nights chilling by the fire pit.
Cheers to the start of summer, hope it's great for everyone!
